Because to be doing well in a competitive marketplace with that competition they must be doing something right. Yes, like really right.

Now The other flip side of this is that out of seven thousand plus long beach real estate agents then the chances are they are some pretty useless crappy ones who are unlikely to sell your home or find you a home. It could be through incompetence, laziness, or just downright hopelessness at the job they are trying to do.
